Rachael Smith

Rachael is a New Zealand photographer, born and raised in Te Puke in the Bay of Plenty. Having lived in the USA and Asia, and travelling through more than 30 countries, it's fair to say she has a passion for discovery, adventure, and capturing it all on camera.

"Nothing is perfect, ever. But everything has beauty if you look for it." Rachael seeks to capture that beauty so that others can see it too. Be it the classic beauty of our landscape and natural environments, or the harder to see beauty that surrounds us on a daily basis - the mundane or every day, so often taken for granted. Rachael strives to produce images that are evocative, intriguing, images to inspire the viewer to feel as well as to see.
